Priority Point Bonus Program


In recognition of what donor support makes possible for Texas A&M Athletics and in response to the COVID-19 health crisis, the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees has approved a limited-time priority point bonus program for season ticket holders and donors.

Priority Point Bonuses


The following priority point bonus offerings are available to season ticket holders:

  • LOYALTY BONUS: Season ticket holders who retain their tickets and are able to attend games at Kyle Field this fall will be eligible for a loyalty priority point bonus (an additional allocation of points equivalent to the points they already received for their 2020 season tickets (10 points/ticket) and associated seat donations (1 point/$25)). 
  • UP TO 4X CONVERSION BONUS: Season ticket holders whose season tickets are canceled and choose to convert all or a portion of their football seat contribution and tickets to a tax-deductible philanthropic annual donation receive a conversion priority point bonus (Up to 4X bonus).
  • .25X TRANSFER BONUS: Season ticket holders whose season tickets are canceled and choose to transfer all or a portion of their football seat contribution and tickets toward renewal of 2021 football season tickets receive a transfer priority point bonus (.25X bonus in addition to the points received for their 2020 renewal).

In addition to the bonuses being offered to season ticket holders, the 12th Man Foundation will be granting a 2X priority point bonus for new philanthropic annual gifts made between July 20 and Dec. 31, 2020 regardless of the state of the 2020 fall athletics seasons. 

Philanthropic annual gifts supply Texas A&M student-athletes with a first-class education and championship-caliber resources while providing the yearly financial support needed to compete at the highest level.

Financial Impact


The financial commitment of our season ticket holders is crucial to funding championship athletics at Texas A&M. The 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M Athletics have recently instituted budget reductions exceeding 10 percent in this very challenging time for our university, state and country. The leadership of both organizations will continue to evaluate our environment and enact further reductions as appropriate.

Over 50 percent ($76 million) of Texas A&M Athletics’ operating budget is directly funded by 12th Man Foundation donors and ticket buyers of all Aggie sports. Football tickets and contributions are the lifeblood for Aggie Athletics accounting for $65.4 million of the athletics department’s revenue.

Ticket purchases and donor contributions are crucial to sustaining Texas A&M Athletics’ ability to provide resources for student-athletes and compete at the highest levels while remaining 100 percent self-supporting.

Note: Season ticket holders who retain their 2020 season tickets as well as those whose season tickets are canceled due  to COVID-related concerns will be eligible to renew their seats for the 2021 season. Priority point bonus information and refund options for the 2020 season will be available upon request.
