Important Update on 2020 12th Man Foundation Summer Meeting

Dear Donors,

One of our most anticipated events each year is the 12th Man Foundation Summer Meeting.

Since 1979 the Summer Meeting has stood out as an annual tradition to gather with fellow Aggies and celebrate our shared passion for Texas A&M Athletics.

While we remain encouraged by the progress in the fight against COVID-19 and optimistic for the return of students and events to campus this fall, the 12th Man Foundation has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Summer Meeting. Following much discussion, it has been determined that it is not in the best interest of our donors, coaches, student-athletes and staff to meet in person as planned.

Since we will be unable to convene June 25-28 at the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio, our staff will host a series of virtual events highlighting the positive impact donors are making on Texas A&M Athletics and in the lives of our amazing student-athletes. We will provide additional details in the coming weeks as we look forward to honoring your commitment to the past and future success of Texas A&M Athletics.

A Note to our Football Season Ticket Holders

The return of Aggie football to Kyle Field each fall is one of the most celebrated moments of the year. Enthusiasm and anticipation for the upcoming football season is even greater following the unprecedented events that resulted in the cancellation of collegiate sports this spring.

While the COVID-19 health crisis has presented unique challenges for both Texas A&M Athletics and the 12th Man Foundation, our organizations remain focused on the well-being of our student-athletes, staff and fans. We maintain our commitment to providing exemplary service to our season ticket buyers and donors whose loyal support allows us to compete at the highest level.

We understand there is speculation regarding football this fall. We remain encouraged with the progress in the fight against COVID-19 and are proceeding with the expectation that the season will commence as planned. Texas A&M Athletics and the 12th Man Foundation will follow the guidance of health experts, governmental leaders, university officials and the SEC, with health and safety as our highest priority.

As part of our commitment to our donors and ticket buyers, we feel it is prudent to provide information in the event the upcoming football schedule is altered or outright canceled.

In the event that the 2020 football season is canceled in its entirety, season ticket holders would be offered refund options for both the cost of their tickets and the associated seat contribution. Options would include:

  • Applying the refund as a credit toward 2021 football season tickets.
  • Refunding the full amount to the method of payment originally used.
  • Donating all or a portion of the refund to the 12th Man Foundation in support of Texas A&M Athletics.

In the event that the 2020 season is played but materially altered, there are many scenarios that could result in season ticket holders being impacted. Regardless of the scenario, Texas A&M Athletics and the 12th Man Foundation will act in the best interest of our season ticket holders and honor their financial commitment.

Season ticket holders are the lifeblood that fuels Texas A&M Athletics to provide unmatched support for our student-athletes as they compete on the biggest stage and make gameday at Kyle Field an unrivaled experience.

We look forward to gathering in Aggieland to celebrate our shared passion for Aggie football this fall.

Scheduled Payments for Football Season Tickets and Donations

We sincerely appreciate your continued support of Texas A&M Athletics and our student-athletes through the 12th Man Foundation as our nation and local community continue to confront the extraordinary health concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We hope that you and your family are safe during this time.

We remain excited about the return of Aggie Football this fall and therefore are continuing with our scheduled payments for tickets and seat donations. If your credit card or bank account information has changed, you may update your payment method online by clicking here to log in to your Account Manager or by calling 888-99-AGGIE (888-992-4443). Once logged in, choose “(My) Payment Schedules” for either Ticketing or Donations to review and update your payment method.

Updated RV Parking Selection Information

March 25, 2020


Thank you for your patience and understanding as our staff worked to reschedule the RV Parking selection process. The selection process will now take place April 2-6 and be conducted online through the same system used by the 12th Man Foundation each year for football seat selection.

Appointment times were emailed on March 24 to donors who had opted into the RV Parking selection process. If you opted into the selection process but did not receive an email with an appointment time or have any questions, please contact Adrienne Pace at apace@12thmanfoundation.com or 979-260-7963.


12th Man Foundation Operations Modifications & Updates

This is an unprecedented time for Texas A&M Athletics and the 12th Man Foundation and our priority remains the health and safety of our staff, donors and ticket buyers while our nation and local community confront the extraordinary health concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to evaluate this situation and make decisions appropriately.

Here is a list of 12th Man Foundation operational modifications and event updates at this time:

  • The 12th Man Foundation office will be closed to the public for an unknown period of time and our staff members are working remotely. Operations of the 12th Man Foundation will continue, and we will serve our donors and ticket buyers via phone, email and website.
  • All Texas A&M Athletics events, including competitions, have been canceled for the remainder of the 2019-20 athletic year. This includes the Maroon & White (Spring Football) Game.
  • The 2020 season of Aggie Football is not expected to be impacted by this situation.
REFUNDS FOR SPRING SPORTING EVENTS
  • Single game tickets purchased through the 12th Man Foundation for canceled events originally scheduled through the remainder of the 2019-20 athletic year have been refunded.
  • Season ticket buyers for Baseball, Softball and Tennis are being refunded at a prorated amount for the remainder of the canceled season.
  • Season ticket holders will have the options to...
    • Receive a refund to their original form of payment
    • Apply their refund as a credit toward 2021 season tickets in the same sport
    • Donate their refund to the 12th Man Foundation in support of Texas A&M Athletics
  • Season ticket buyers for Outdoor Track & Field are receiving a full refund as there have been no Outdoor Track & Field events to this point.
  • Fans who purchased tickets from ticket sources other than the 12th Man Foundation should contact the seller directly.
UPCOMING 12TH MAN FOUNDATION EVENTS UPDATES
  • RV Parking Selection process (Originally scheduled to begin on March 18): Delayed. Additional Information, including new timetable and appointment time, will be communicated to those donors who are scheduled to participate.
  • Football Seat Selection (Originally scheduled to begin in early April): Delayed. Information will be communicated to those donors who are scheduled to participate.
  • Cocktails & Ks: Remainder of events for the spring semester have been canceled.
ADDITIONAL RECOURSES

SEC Cancels Athletics Events for Spring Semester

March 17, 2020


The Southeastern Conference announced that all regular season conference and non-conference competitions are canceled for the remainder of the 2019-20 athletic year, including all remaining SEC championship events, due to continuing developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Single game tickets for Texas A&M home events during this time purchased through the 12th Man Foundation are being refunded. Additionally, the 12th Man Foundation is working with our partners in Texas A&M Athletics to determine refund options for season ticket purchases for the sports impacted.


12th Man Foundation Operations Update

March 15, 2020


The past week has been unprecedented in the history of collegiate athletics and has presented unique challenges as our nation and local community confront the extraordinary health concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Throughout this time of uncertainty, the 12th Man Foundation staff remains committed to providing exemplary service to donors and ticket buyers. We ask for your patience and understanding as our staff temporarily transitions day-to-day operations to a virtual work environment.

While we will not be able to accommodate in-person office visits for a period of time, our staff is ready to serve donors and will resume other service operations on Wednesday, March 18. Additionally, our staff can be reached at any time by emailing customersupport@12thmanfoundation.com.

All athletics activities, including competitions, for member schools have been suspended by the Southeastern Conference through April 15 (Update: On March 17, all competitions for the remainder of the spring semester were canceled). In partnership with Texas A&M Athletics, information on refunds for tickets purchased directly through the 12th Man Foundation for events during this time will be released in the near future.

The health and well-being of our staff, donors and ticket buyers is our top priority while we work through the impact of this ongoing situation. We will communicate information regarding upcoming 12th Man Foundation events and services at the appropriate time as updates and details become clearer.
